Properties of Aluminium Hangers and Tent
A hangar tent is typically constructed using lightweight aluminium alloy, which has a low density and offers excellent strength-to-weight performance. Aluminium is approximately one-third the density of steel, making it an ideal material for lightweight and durable structures. When combined with high-quality aluminium tent fabric, it provides a strong, flexible, and reliable solution for temporary and semi-permanent structures.
Being littler then steel it reduces the load-bearing pressure & it is easy to transport and construct the tent! The added advantage is aluminum frame is less expensive than the steel frame.
Being littler than steel does not make hanger fragile, Aluminium has a strength between 40 MPa to 700 MPa. Generally, the material used in hanger has 300MPa strength, equivalent to Q235 steel. It makes hanger structure wind resistant & can bear winds speeds up to 100km/h.
