Features of Biogas Domes

Biogas are produced by bacteria. Farmers play a crucial role in their production. A low-carbon energy that is supplied via a short channel and which helps promote the regions. Here are 5 things to know about biogas!

A PVC double membrane biogas dome can be installed on new or refurbished steel and concrete tanks.

The membrane biogas dome consists of 2no separate pvc membranes; an outer air membrane and an internal gas membrane. The area between the inner and outer membranes is continually pressurised with air using air blowers. The air inflates the outer membrane providing structural rigidity and an adjustable system pressure.

The membrane gas dome is fast to manufacture and install. It is easy to maintain, only requiring occasional visual inspections. The port holes or viewing windows in the outer membrane allow easy viewing of the inner membrane.

A level sensor is incorporated into the membrane gas holder to provide an indication of available gas volume and can be used to control other parts of plant.
